How We Review: Eight Questions We Ask of Every Operator

JUAN365 is an independent guide, not a casino. It takes no deposits, runs no games and keeps no player balances. When it describes an operator, it does so by asking the eight questions below and reporting what it finds. This page is the full method, written for readers 21+.

The questions

#AreaQuestion
1Licence disclosureWho is the company, who licenses it, and can a reader confirm that on the regulator's site?
2Payment railsWhich named methods handle deposits and withdrawals, and do they use recognised bank or e-wallet rails?
3Terms clarityCan a reader find wagering, expiry, bet limits and withdrawal rules without help?
4KYC rulesDoes the operator explain what identity documents it needs and at what stage?
5Complaint routeIs there a documented path for a dispute after first-line support?
6Responsible-gaming toolsAre limits, breaks and self-exclusion available and explained?
7Support channelsAre the official contact methods listed on the operator's own domain?
8App distributionIs any app a store listing, a file or a web shortcut, and is that stated honestly?

How answers are gathered

We read the operator's public pages: footer, terms, promotion rules, cashier information, help centre and responsible-gaming section. For licensing, we search the regulator's published list ourselves. For apps, we look in Google Play and the App Store. Nothing depends on private access, which means any reader can retrace the steps.

When an answer is missing we say it is missing. We do not assume the best, and we do not assume the worst. A blank against a question is information in itself, and it is usually the cue for a reader to ask the operator's support directly and keep a copy of the reply.

What can be verified from outside

  • That a piece of information is, or is not, published.
  • That a company name does, or does not, appear on PAGCOR's public list.
  • General properties of the rails: InstaPay is real-time with a per-transaction cap, and PESONet settles in batches on banking days.
  • That an app is, or is not, in an official store.

What cannot

  • Actual payout speed for an individual player.
  • Current fees, minimums and bonus amounts. These are set by the operator, so check its cashier page.
  • Game fairness, which rests on the regulator and independent testing.
  • How the operator will treat a particular complaint.

We do not fill these gaps with estimates. Where a page reaches one, it says the figure is set by the operator.

Money

Outbound links may be partner links, and the site may earn a commission when a reader registers through one. No payment changes wording. An operator cannot buy a kinder description, a higher position or the removal of a finding, and we do not publish paid 'reviews' under any label.

Format choices

There are no scores or rankings on JUAN365. Eight answers do not add up to a single number in any honest way, and a ranked list would invite the assumption that first place is safe. A description gives you the material to decide for yourself.

Dates and corrections

Each page displays when it was last modified. Because operators edit their terms without notice, always compare our description with the operator's current page before acting, and trust the operator's page where they differ.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use the eight questions myself?

Yes. They are designed to be answered from public pages, and running them yourself before depositing is the best use of this method.

Do you test withdrawals?

No claim on this site depends on test withdrawals. Payout times are set by the operator and should be read on its cashier page.

Do partner links affect what you write?

No. Links may earn a commission, but no payment changes wording or removes a finding.
